Labor regime of micro and small businesses

As previously stated, companies qualified as MSEs have certain benefits. To access these, the MSEs must be duly registered with REMYPE. The benefits of this regime apply to workers and employers.

A micro company that, during two consecutive calendar years, exceeds the sales level of 150 UITs may keep the same labour regime for one additional calendar year. Small businesses that exceed the sales level of 1,700 UITs for two consecutive years may keep the same labour regime for an additional 3 years. After this period, the company must go to the labour regime it belongs to.
