Selling to the Government

Information for Vendors

There are two key information sections for vendors who wish to sell to the Ontario government.

The first covers the ministries and agencies in the province, known as OPS Ontario Public Service:

https://www.ontario.ca/page/about-ontario-public-service

The second covers sales to organizations that form the Public Sector in general (BPS) such as municipalities, educational organizations and health centers:

Vendors should review the sections, keeping in mind that the basic principles work for both, but specific regulations may differ.
